hello!
I’m Chiara, the hands behind Bottega Cereale, a little pop-up café project born after one of many bakes for fun in my spare time (on days off from my baking job, that is) and my love for hosting friends and family for a meal (minus the dirty dishes hehe).
what started as a way to unwind and experiment slowly grew into something I wanted to share: exploring plant-based baking whilst showcasing ancient grains and wholesome ingredients, without ever compromising on bold, deep flavours.
Bottega Cereale is all about nourishment, for one another and the planet.
